Thank You

We wanted to write a brief thank you note to everyone who has supported, assisted, messaged, loved, hated, linked to, and invested their time and/or attention to Honest and our books in 2011. Here goes.

Firstly, our thanks to our volunteers and interns, the talented, conscientious and hard-working Sophie Chilvers, Betsy Barkas, Annie Godfrey, and Alexa Vargas. Our thanks as well to Dana and Ruth, who were both so generous with their time, and to all of the artists who illustrated our books.

Our thanks to Dan Fante and Alan Moore, who gave us wonderful, thought-provoking interviews. Thanks to all the indie shops and reviewers who supported us and our writers. A special thanks to David Rose, whose dedication to pushing our cause has genuinely touched us.

Thanks also to everybody who submitted to us. We’re sorry we can be a little slow in replying at times, but take our word that we read everything we are sent. You might not realise it, but so many of our submissions provoke heated and lengthy debates amongst us.

Above all, a colossal thank you to the ludicrously talented authors who make our humble little press possible.

We’ll be opening 2012 with two wonderful new books that we can’t wait for people to read. Have a great New Year.
